куда нужно вписывать udp порт на windows 7

Сегодня вроде ошибки с логином и поролью ошибки не дает но пишет вот это вот:

Да это я вчера проверял, только это все без толку, все варианты испробовал. Думаю все дело в провайдере, который ограничивает меня в соединении, потому что с программой hotspot shield нормально авторизуется и заходит. Скорее всего ограничение идет по ip адресу. может у Вас есть альтернативные ip адреса, по которым можно было производить вход.
